Join our MedSurg Peds unit in Dickinson, North Dakota, for a travel nursing opportunity that combines professional challenge with the chance to work closely with pediatric and adult patients experiencing conditions like UTI, pneumonia, or COPD. You'll be working 12-hour rotating shifts, providing vital support during both day and night hours, and collaborating with a dedicated team including nurse aides and on-call pediatricians. The role emphasizes effective communication, teamwork, and attention to documentation, all within a setting of 17 beds that balances inpatient and observation care. This assignment offers you the chance to hone your skills in a supportive environment while managing a patient load of 4 patients during the day and 5 at night, with responsibilities including troubleshooting tele monitors and administering electrolyte or medication infusions—without the need to titrate drips.
