Job Description:

This contract position involves delivering specialized healthcare services in a fast-paced clinical setting. The selected professional will perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, psychological, socio-cultural, spiritual, and cognitive evaluations, to develop tailored care plans. You will be responsible for prioritizing and revising patient care based on ongoing assessments, ensuring accurate evaluation of patient progress. Demonstrating clinical expertise according to departmental standards is essential, along with providing education to patients and their families about treatment and health management. The role requires responding thoughtfully to ethical considerations and advocating for patients’ rights within a multidisciplinary team. Collaborative communication with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate care is a key component. Flexibility to serve as a resource in addressing ethical dilemmas and respecting patient diversity is crucial. The position may include a variety of responsibilities such as assisting with procedural documentation and supporting team activities. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
