Job Description:

Join our team as a Float Pool nurse working in a vibrant hospital setting in Los Angeles, where your skills will directly impact patient outcomes. This contract role involves delivering coordinated nursing care to an assigned group of patients, following established standards and utilizing critical thinking to develop effective care plans. You'll supervise and guide various levels of nursing staff, working collaboratively with other disciplines to ensure a safe and healing environment. Expect to collect and analyze patient data, develop and implement care strategies, and participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
