Job Description:

Join the team at Arkansas Children's Hospital for a rewarding pediatric intensive care contract on the 5D Progressive Care Unit. You'll be working with patients from birth to 21 years old, including those with complex needs such as tracheostomy and ventilator support. This role involves managing invasive and non-invasive ventilation, IV therapies, and performing general medical-surgical tasks. The unit is known for its collaborative atmosphere, where you'll coordinate with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, therapies, social workers, and child life specialists. Expect to navigate high-stress situations and contribute your expertise in pediatric critical care, making a tangible difference in young patients' lives.
