Job Description:
Join a specialized rehab setting at Springfield Rehabilitation Hospital, where you'll work as an Occupational Therapist in a dedicated inpatient rehabilitation environment. This role offers the chance to assess and develop personalized treatment plans for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic conditions. You'll utilize high-tech therapy devices, including robotic assistive equipment like EKSO and InMotion UE, to help patients regain their independence. With a focus on teamwork and clear communication, you'll be part of a skilled team delivering meaningful care in a hospital that emphasizes innovative rehabilitation outside the traditional hospital model. Expect a fast-paced, rewarding experience where your skills make a direct difference in patients' journeys to recovery.

Job Specifics:
Location: Springfield, Missouri
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm (with some weekend hours from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm)
