Job Description:

Embark on an exciting 13-week journey as an ICU Registered Nurse in vibrant Philadelphia. This role offers you the unique opportunity to work across multiple Intensive Care Units (ICUs), including step-down units and the Emergency Department (ED) for ICU holds and borders. You’ll be part of a dedicated team, providing exceptional care under the guidance of licensed physicians, while enjoying the thrill of floating to various units, including Women’s and Family if the need arises. Gear up for 12-hour night shifts that will keep you energized and engaged; you may occasionally be pulled mid-shift to support different departments. You'll experience a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere while maintaining a maximum patient ratio of 1:3, ensuring high-quality care and attention to your patients.
