Job Description:

Join us for an engaging travel assignment as an ER Registered Nurse in Jefferson, North Carolina. In this role, you will work 12-hour night shifts in a busy emergency department, providing critical support for a diverse patient population ranging from neonates to centenarians. You'll be responsible for IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and managing patients in an ER setting, with the opportunity to sharpen your skills with procedures like conscious sedation and triage. The unit uses MediTech documentation and SBAR communication during bedside handoff, and you'll receive 24 hours of hospital orientation to help you settle in smoothly.
