Job Description:

This neuro step-down unit offers a unique opportunity for Registered Nurses to work with patients recovering from neurological conditions, providing critical care during night shifts. In this role, you will evaluate patients, assist physicians, and develop tailored care plans to meet individual needs. Your expertise in neuro patient management and ventilator care will be key as you perform therapeutic interventions and manage patient progress through thorough documentation. The position emphasizes patient-centric care while allowing you to be part of a specialized team that values clinical excellence and innovation.
