Job Description:

This travel assignment places you in the PICU at Arkansas Children's Hospital—an esteemed trauma 1 teaching hospital located in Little Rock. In this role, you'll be managing critically ill pediatric patients facing respiratory distress, ECMO, post-arrest care, trauma, neuro injuries, postoperative recovery, and more. Your days will be filled with complex, fast-paced cases, requiring swift clinical decision-making and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including residents, fellows, and attending physicians. Expect to occasionally float to NICU, CVICU, IMU, or Burn ICU to share your expertise. With a focus on pediatric critical care, this assignment offers the opportunity to hone specialized skills in a vibrant, challenging setting where no two shifts are alike.
