Job Description:

This surgical services RN position at Boise Hospital offers a hands-on experience in a vibrant OR setting, where you'll scrub on a wide spectrum of cases—from pediatric trauma and complex spine procedures to robotic urology and advanced oncology surgeries. With 10-hour shifts from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., you'll be immersed in a fast-paced environment that demands adaptability and broad clinical expertise. A typical day might see you assisting with everything from a DaVinci robot case to a challenging orthopedic trauma or a delicate pediatric scoliosis surgery. No overnight work is common, but flexibility for occasional overnight call and floating to nearby surgery centers or facilities like Meridian and Nampa ensures a dynamic schedule that keeps your skills sharp and experiences diverse.
