Job Description:

Join a fast-paced and challenging Trauma & General Surgery Inpatient Unit in Morgantown, WV, for a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. As an RN here, you'll navigate complex wound care, traumatic injuries such as TBI and spinal cord injuries, and patients requiring respiratory support, chest tubes, and various surgical procedures. This assignment offers the opportunity to practice at the top of your scope, managing a mix of step-down and floor patients, with ratios of 1:3 and 1:6 respectively. Expect collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams in a nationally recognized Bariatric Surgery Center, where your skills in handling complex cases will be put to good use. The environment is dynamic but rewarding, offering a chance to sharpen your clinical expertise in a renowned facility.
