Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment in Williston, North Dakota, offers a chance to work on a busy Labor & Delivery unit with 15 beds, including dedicated L&D and postpartum rooms. The role involves floating to Medical-Surgical and Emergency departments as needed, with a focus on obstetric and neonatal care. You'll interpret fetal strips, manage titratable drips like Pitocin, insulin, and magnesium, and follow AWHONN guidelines for patient ratios. Working the 12-hour night shift, you'll be part of a team that relies on critical thinking, efficient communication, and adaptability. This assignment is ideal for experienced RNs comfortable with a fast-paced OB environment, quality metrics, and troubleshooting RT equipment, all while enjoying the unique rhythms of North Dakota's welcoming community.
