Job Description:

Join a spacious Level 3 Trauma Center in Spokane as a Registered Nurse in the ICU, where you'll navigate a variety of complex medical cases such as sepsis, ARDS, and COVID-19. This role offers the chance to work in a high-acuity environment with tasks including cardiac rhythm interpretation, medication titration, proning, managing hypothermia protocols, chest tubes, drains, and invasive line monitoring like A-lines and CVPs. Prepare for a shift that keeps you engaged with a focus on patient stability and recovery, with patient ratios typically between 1:2 and 3. The assignment includes floating to different units as needed, and you'll be working 12-hour night shifts on a 13-week contract, visiting a bustling facility with 388 beds and a mix of ICU and trauma patients.
