Job Description:

Join our team as a travel Med Surg RN for a 13-week contract working overnight 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, every other week and every other hour. This role provides a chance to hone your skills in a busy unit with 30 beds, where you'll perform EKGs, IV insertions, medication administration, Foley placements, and vital signs documentation. You'll also assist with respiratory procedures like RSI and conduct point-of-care testing, all while following a floating requirement that keeps your days varied. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $80 and the opportunity to work in an environment where your technical expertise is valued. It’s ideal for experienced Med Surg nurses with at least 1-2 years' background who enjoy a fast-paced setting and a role that combines clinical skill with a bit of navigation through Cerner EMR.
