Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a NICU Registered Nurse for a weekend-only contract at a vibrant hospital setting. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM every weekend, with the possibility of floating within a network of five hospitals in the Voorhees area based on patient needs. You’ll handle critically ill micro preemies and high-frequency ventilation cases in a Level III NICU, where patient ratios are tight at 1:2. The position offers a chance to gain focused experience in a supportive environment with a couplet care model and a Stork RN team on each shift. Expect to work 36 hours weekly over 13 weeks, with no on-call duties and one scheduled day during the week. A thorough understanding of micro preemie care and high-level ventilator management will make you stand out. Required certifications include BLS and NRP, with Epic experience being a plus.
