Job Description:

Join a fast-paced team at Mercy Hospital Pittsburg as a Physical Therapist in the acute rehabilitation unit. This contract role offers the opportunity to work eight-hour days, primarily Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday PRN, providing a steady routine with a bit of flexibility. You’ll be responsible for delivering inpatient rehab therapy to patients on the inpatient rehab unit and potentially floating to Medical/Surgical or ICU units as needed. The ideal candidate enjoys a variety of patient cases, applying their inpatient rehab expertise to help patients regain independence during their stay. This assignment is a chance to bring your clinical skills to a dedicated team for a 13-week period, ensuring patients recover well and progress toward their goals in a supportive environment.
