Join us for a rewarding travel contract on a busy Medical Surgical and Telemetry unit in West Burlington, Iowa. This night shift opportunity involves a 12-hour overnight schedule, where you'll be responsible for monitoring telemetry strips and passing a basic dysrhythmia test during the first week—think of it as a dramatic heartbeat, keeping your skills sharp. The role emphasizes self-study and hands-on application, ensuring you're well-prepared to deliver high-quality nursing care to Geriatric, Medical/Surgical, and Adult patients. Your day-to-day includes assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care, and collaborating seamlessly with the healthcare team—all while maintaining professional standards and providing compassionate support to patients and their families.
