Job Description:

Join the emergency department team at a busy Level 3 trauma facility in Plattsburgh, NY, where you'll be immersed in fast-paced, high-volume patient care. This role involves covering night shifts in a 29-bed ED that handles a wide age range, from neonates to the elderly. You'll work with a dedicated team including advanced practice clinicians, crisis therapists, and unit clerks, all while managing varying patient loads that sometimes require staffing for higher-than-normal patient ratios. Expect to start IVs, draw labs, manage drips, and handle a diverse array of adult and pediatric emergencies in a setting that emphasizes rapid response and teamwork.
