Job Description:

Assume the role of Surgical Technician First Assist in a travel assignment focused on specialties such as NEURO, ORTHO, ROBOTICS, GEN SURG, GYN, URO, HEAD AND NECK, and COLORECTAL procedures. Your responsibilities will involve assisting during complex surgeries, supporting surgical teams with readiness and precision, and working in an environment that appreciates technical skill and quick adaptation. This assignment offers a chance to experience diverse surgical cases in a busy operating room setting, with shifts consisting of 12-hour days across a 13-week duration. Be prepared for periodic call shifts, including weekday calls, weekend on-call duties, and potential holiday or hurricane coverage at short notice. You will have the opportunity to float to Advent Health North facilities as needed, enhancing your versatility and clinical experience.
